What currency are the prices do I see in the site?
All prices are in USD.


I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days to ship your product. Delivery time line is dependent on where the customer lives (1-2 weeks).
Tracking numbers will be updated 1-2 days after your order has been SHIPPED. If you don't have a tracking number after 7 business please email us at sales@nnifitness.com


What if there is an issue with my product? Whats the return policy?
If the product is defective or damaged, but still usable, please email us at sales@nnifitness.com so that we can send you a replacement part. Please include photos/videos in your email. Equipment is always inspected before it leaves the warehouse to ensure completeness. If the equipment is unusable because of damage, we can either replace or provide a full refund. In this case we will have to setup a return with our shipper. We do not accept return because a person changes their mind about the equipment; it costs a lot of money to ship this equipment both ways (to/from warehouse). If we decide to accept a return from a customer and the product is still usuable, customer will be liable for shipping to us. Refund will be minus shipping costs. 

*Note- on all returns, customer is responsible to place product in a crate ready for shipment.

 

Can I cancel my order?
You must cancel your order before it ships. 


I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
If you have miss spelled or auto filled in an incorrect address, email us immediately at sales@nnifitness.com so that we can correct.
