Politique de remboursement
If the product is defective or damaged, but still usable, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can send you a replacement part. Please include photos/videos in your email. Equipment is always inspected before it leaves the warehouse to ensure completeness. If the equipment is unusable because of damage, we can either replace or provide a full refund. In this case we will have to setup a return with our shipper. We do not accept return because a person changes their mind about the equipment; it costs a lot of money to ship this equipment both ways (to/from warehouse). If we decide to accept a return from a customer and the product is still usuable, customer will be liable for shipping to us. Refund will be minus shipping costs.
*Note- on all returns, customer is responsible to place product in a crate ready for shipment.
